About Me

For Sherna Malone, skin is more than just a passion—it’s deeply personal. Her mother, Bronwyn Conroy, was Ireland’s leading skincare expert and opened the country’s first Beauty Training School in 1972, which is still considered the leading private training school in Ireland today.

Although it was assumed Sherna would follow in her mother’s footsteps, she had other plans. She earned an honours degree in Psychology from UCD and postgraduate diplomas in Business Studies and Human Resource Management.

After starting her career in professional services, she soon realised her heart was always in beauty and without further ado, she completed the CIBTAC Diploma in Aesthetic Treatments and joined the family beauty business, managing the training school and teaching for 16 years.

Today, improving skin health and transforming skin is at the forefront of what Sherna does. Drawing on her wealth of experience and knowledge, her consultations are designed to provide you with a personalised plan that aligns with your unique needs and desired outcomes.

You’ll have a deeper understanding of your skin’s requirements and the tools to care of it effectively for the future, or as Sherna likes to say, “to future-proof your skin.” While her facial treatments are not just great facials; they are all-encompassing results-driven facial treatments meticulously designed and tailored to your individual needs which means that you can relax, safe in the knowledge that you and your skin are receiving all the care it needs.

Beyond the clinic, Sherna shares her expertise through various platforms. She appears regularly on RTE’s Today Show, hosts events, and talks, contributes to magazine articles and is the beauty editor for West Cork People. She also hosts her popular podcast, “Sherna Talks Beauty.” Through these roles, she aims to educate and inspire others about the importance of skin health and effective skincare practices.
